- Updating both basic software and database, including fixes, patches, service packs and new versions
- Preparation of documentation, including updating manuals and guides for users, system administrators and operations staff
- Quality assurance, including in-house tests and participation in pre-operational testing
- Packing and delivery of updates, including patches, code and documentation for system administrators and the code bank
- Implementation of such deliveries, including installation support as agreed.
