Making sure customers can always see the target
Systematic uses a comprehensive quality assurance system that is supported by our CMMI quality processes. This system is scalable and guarantees efficient quality assurance procedures regardless of the size of the task. It is equally applicable to small maintenance tasks and major development projects focused on business-critical software.
Special quality tool
The specially developed SQA quality tool is based on the acknowledged ISO 9126 standard and its associated quality attributes, and is a natural and highly visible part of the development process.
Each customer’s needs in relation to the seven quality attributes (Functionality, Reliability, Usability, Efficiency, Maintainability, Portability, Quality in use) are registered at the start of the project. They are then assessed on an ongoing basis as the project moves forward, based on both calculations and measurements.
This means it is possible to send the customer reports containing data from the SQA tool throughout the project, providing ongoing insights into the status of the quality targets.
