Rapid training
Our project model keeps both the customer and ourselves better informed during the project
Systematic’s stepped project management model paves the way to rapid training. Expectation surveys are carried out continually. Using these as a basis, the customer and Systematic can collaborate on setting project priorities. The project model also keeps both the customer and Systematic better informed during the project.Systematic has both the experience and ability to be able assess the value and costs of specification during the development process. This enables us to improve the product, or help the customer, by amending specifications when actual needs are more clearly understood. Customers also get the chance to consider whether the individual desired functions would really provide value for money. One survey showed that as much as 64% of the functionalities available in typical IT systems are rarely or never used (Standish Group Study Reported at XP2002).

The rapid training and ongoing joint expectations surveys are the best way to ensure that written descriptions match the customer’s realities. Regular deliveries of operable software also ensure that the individual solution is operationally mature when the customer starts using it.
