Danske Fragtmænd is a Danish haulage company. The entire consignment administration is now electronic – from filling out labels and consignment notes, ordering collection and vehicle monitoring via Track & Trace, until delivery of the goods and payment of the invoice.
In order to use WebFragt, Danske Fragtmænd’s customers only need a PC with broadband access, a laser printer, a user name and an access code. The application is so user-friendly that Danske Fragtmænd can quickly give its customers over-the-phone guidance about how to use the system.
