Teaching users and organisations how to get the most out of Systematic healthcare IT systems

Systematic provides an extremely effective training concept accompanied by well-thought-out tools that play a key part in ensuring smooth, problem-free implementation of the healthcare IT systems we deliver. 

The roll-out of a Columna electronic clinical information system and/or an Informentas performance evaluation system can be a comprehensive process, accompanied by numerous organisational changes, altered work procedures and increased focus on multidisciplinary participation. The Systematic training concept focuses on make users self-assisting, giving the organisation a sense of ownership in relation to the new IT system and ensuring that know-how acquired during implementation remains within the organisation.

Implementation teams forge ahead

Establishing a special implementation team enables our customers to roll out the system themselves, once past pilot implementation. The main task of such an implementation team is to coordinate and drive the organisational process in conjunction with departmental implementation, in close collaboration with the project managers and heads of department.

Systematic provides training courses that enable implementation teams and project managers to carry out the roll-out and running of Columna and Informentas systems. We can also arrange courses for key super-users, as well as end-users in the departments covered by the pilot implementation.

Training adapted to requests and needs

A wide range of different of different training tools are used during the courses. The general principle behind all Systematic IT training is based on the concept developed by Bjarne Herskin, which varies according to whether there is a need for classroom training, one-on-one training or e-learning.
