This means patients are able to provide concrete evaluations of their treatment, and provide clear, electronic documentation of their assessments.The data collection module makes it easy to enter data. Clinicians can do this using web-based screen images. Patients in hospital can use touch-screen terminals installed in patient kiosks to access Informentas and answer questions about their treatment. They can also access Informentas from home using any computer with a web browser.
