The Patient Administration module in Systematic Columna does away with multiple entries of the same data. Billing is carried out on the basis of the clinical entries from the Patient Record module. This means healthcare professionals do not have to carry out billing-related entries.
List of costs
The Patient Administration module includes functions that show each patient’s account as well as an overview of costs and bills associated with each individual treatment. This is where healthcare professionals can get an overview of the costs of a given clinical treatment. At the same time, it possible to see the actual costs of a treatment for all of the patients in a department.
Transparent billing
Financial and administrative staff can use the patient account function to get an overview of the clinical pathway that is the basis for a specific billing. This helps to trace any potentially incorrect entries and provides a shared basis for communication with the healthcare professionals.
Easy invoicing
For most patients, payment information is determined on the basis of their place of residence and treatment level. In such cases, entry will be restricted to accepting pre-entered information about payee and payment. In more complicated situations, healthcare professionals have the support information they need for carrying out the necessary registrations.
