Providing an overview of results

The Order & Result module for Systematic Columna provides a complete overview of the tasks ordered for individual patients and the results that have been received from different para-clinical systems, such as laboratory and pathology systems.

Clear presentation of results

The healthcare professionals themselves decide how to present the results. These can be presented in the form of diagrams, graphs or text – depending on what supports the current working process in the best way. For example, test results can be shown directly on a screen along with information about the relevant medication.

If the result of an analysis is outside the reference field, the figures are shown in red, so that healthcare professionals are quickly made aware of these values. If there are any comments to the individual test results – or to the entire order – the comments are shown directly in the overview.

Provides an overview of results

The overview results available from the Order & Result module provide healthcare professionals with secure awareness that all new results for the ward’s patients have been seen. The overview shows the results received for the ward’s patients within a selected period, and these results remain on the overview until they have been approved. Results for discharged patients are also shown in the overview, which contributes to ensuring that these results are also acted upon.

Always updated status

Healthcare professionals can always see the current status of orders and results. The module shows how far along a specific order or result has progressed. Status views include draft, sent, received, cancelled and executed. Depending on the status of the requisition, healthcare professionals can supplement an existing order with additional analyses.
