The administration tool in Systematic Columna makes it easy to adapt the application for the organisation in which the application is to work.

Logistics set-up

The logical structure of the client’s organisation, typically a hierarchy of hospital, departments and sections, is modelled in the administration tool. Functional units across hospital lines can also be modelled in the administration tool.

Simple user administration

Set up and administration of users, with their roles and their organisational association, is easy to achieve in the administration tool. Users’ information is stored and entered from an LDAP server.

Security administration

With the administration tool rights can be attached to users and roles for central management of the rights and privileges of a user.

Configuration set-up

With the administration tool, the contents of lists can be adapted and department-specific set-up of user interfaces as well as pre-selected text in field can be created.

Entry of master data

With the administration tools differnet kinds of master data can be entered, such as SKS classification system and data from the Civil Registration System. Personal data can be entered in portions; for example all citizen living in a specific region or council.
