The Booking module for Systematic Columna can be set up to support the work routines and booking needs of all departments, thereby ensuring efficient exploitation of each department’s resources. Resources and services can be included in bookings across different departments, which ensures efficient multi-disciplinary coordination.The functions available in the Booking module include both practical tasks – such as searching for available appointment times, changes to appointments, printing out letters and retrieving appointment lists – and the more complex planning tasks, such as adjusting the subsequent day’s operation programme or setting limits on different types of service.
Examples of work procedures supported by the Columna Booking module:
- Setting up department-specific services, resources, letters, etc.
- Booking appointments and keeping appointment lists up to date
