Simplifying the management of structured information

Systematic IRIS Standards Management (ISM) is a web-based tool for the definition and use of structured information standards, providing support for the management of ADatP-3 Change 3, ADatP-3(A) (APP-11), USMTF (MilStd 6040), W3C XML Schemas and Symbology (MilStd 2525 & APP-6). Although it handles a large complex repository of information, the user friendly and intuitive web-based interface helps the user navigate the data via a simple intranet, extranet or internet connection. Systematic IRIS Standards Management has a powerful configurable change management process which enables a standards organisation to maintain control over the data through the use of permissions. Providing ability to share and disseminate proposed or approved changes to all relevant stakeholders significantly speeds up the change release process.

Maximising performance through stakeholder involvement

In addition to the management of structured information standards, Systematic IRIS Standards Management also provides the ability to capture information on which sites and systems make use of a standard and planned enhancements. Analysis of this information can determine the level of interoperability possible between different sites and systems based on the version of the structured information elements in use. This analysis can either conducted for the current state, or for a planned point in the future. This information also provides the ability to assess the true impact a change is likely to have on the end user community before it’s actually implemented.

A robust, secure and reliable solution

Using domain specialists, who are able to provide deep and pragmatic insight into real customer needs and rigorous test procedures, Systematic are able to ensure the release of trusted and reliable solutions. Systematic is certified to CMMI level 5, the internationally acknowledged best practice for software development.

A flexible solution for the management of many standards

Designed to support a multitude of standards from different domains, Systematic IRIS Standards Management has the potential to manage any structured information standard. For example, the existing services for viewing, browsing, reporting, administering and managing data could be applied to the management of standards such as tactical data links, VMF, JC3IEDM and HL7.
