Systematic’s IT management consultants provide IT consultancy to decision makers in relation to processes, governance and architecture. Our consultants use their competence and experience to give advice and actively participate in our customers’ projects. Typically, you will find our consultants working within the customer’s organisation.

Consulting Services is based in Systematic’s new premises in the centre of Copenhagen.

Over the years Systematic has developed competence and expertise within CMMI, PRINCE2, ITIL, lean and agile methods, which directly benefit our customers. The consultants are typically experienced project managers who are certified within project management and one or several technological software products.

We provide consultancy services within the following fields:

• Processes (CMMI, methodology, Business Process Management)
  
• Governance (project management, test management, IT procurement, requirements specifications, business analyses and design)
  
• Architecture (SOA, security, compliance)

In the defence domain we have core competences where domain specialists provide management consultancy to the Danish defence forces.
