Quality- Better software faster It is a strategic objective for Systematic to constantly improve the quality, efficiency and predictability of our development processes. Furthermore, we are constantly working to ensure that our estimation capability and ability to deliver software are at the highest level. Mission critical systems demand the highest level of quality and process maturity if they are to function unconditionally. Our certification to the highest maturity level according to the internationally acknowledged maturity model CMMI ensures that we meet these demands. Systematic establish a quality plan for all projects. The document outlines how to plan, assure, control and improve quality of the project in order to meet the demands of the customer. ScrumThe project model 'Scrum' is an example of how we at all times strive to ensure that our IT-solutions are of the highest quality. Scrum takes its name from the rugby play, where all members of a team huddle together to advance the ball and gain strategic advantage for their team. In a scrum-oriented project, team members meet frequently to discuss progress, obstacles and solutions. Feedback is shared instantly across the group and can be relayed immediately back to the customer. The constant feedback allows for joint learning, opportunity to adjust initial requirements and reduces the throughput period. This enables us to produce a solution that lives up to our value of pervasive quality. |
