We value cooperation with our business partners. We want our customers to have a positive experience in all their dealings with us. Therefore, Systematic involves our customers throughout the development process via progress reports, meetings, workshops, project groups and steering committees.

Our aim is to create user-friendly solutions that live up to our customers' expectations in relation to time, price and quality.

To further strengthen our understanding of our customers' business, we implemented the 'Meet the Customer'-project, so our developers would gain an understanding of the end-user environment. We also carry out surveys of our customers' satisfaction.

Mutually clarifying expectations and establishing a timetable for instalments and milestones are central elements in all of our projects. Furthermore, it is essential to have mechanisms in place that can cope with any of the unforeseen challenges which can occur during a project.

We measure success not just on delivering the solution that we promised on-time and on-budget, but also on our ability to learn from the experience. We hope to use the knowledge, experience and skills gained from each and every project to enhance the quality of our service.
