The importance of forward-thinking

Even boundless opportunities have to be discovered and harnessed

Systematic wants to make a difference. We're able to make a contribution to the society we live in by leveraging our unique skills in a wide range of projects that aim to explore innovative IT solutions. Our focus on innovation also provides us with insights into new technologies that we can use in work for our customers.

The majority of the innovation projects we're involved in bring together private-sector companies, universities, students and public bodies – a combination that paves the way to knowledge sharing that benefits all parties. The following are just a few examples of such projects.

Mobile access for healthcare professionals

Together with Caretech Innovation and Regional Hospital Randers we examine what kind of data doctors and other health professionals want to access via a mobile platform. We perform a number of ethnographic studies at the regional hospital in Randers and also facilitate workshops with doctors and other healthcare professionals in order to determine the needs for mobile access to healthcare data. An important part of the project is to develop and test a number of prototypes for use in healthcare professionals every day, paving the way for new products in the health sector that supports the needs identified through the ethnographic studies. Galileo

Systematic participates in an international research project associated with a European satellite system named Galileo – an alternative to the American GPS navigation system. Galileo is notable for being more accurate as well as being able to locate and track people indoors. This makes the system very useful for organisations such as police, fire services and armed forces, as well as in disaster management.
