Dialogue and involvement

Development processes that build strong business relationships

We value cooperation with our business partners. We want Systematic customers to have a positive experience in all their dealings with us.

This is why we involve our customers as closely as possible at every stage of the development process – via progress reports, meetings, workshops, project groups and steering committees.

On time, at the right price and with the right quality

Our aim is to create user-friendly solutions and products that live up to our customers' expectations in full as regards time, price and quality.

Meeting each customer on home ground

To strengthen our understanding of customers' businesses still further, we implemented the ‘Meet the Customer’ project. This aims to give our developers the best possible understanding of what is important for the end-users of our products and services.

We also conduct customer satisfaction surveys.

Well-organised projects

Clarifying expectations and establishing a timetable for instalments and milestones are central elements in all our projects. We also have effective mechanisms for coping with the unforeseen challenges that can occur during any project.

Leveraging experience from other projects

We measure success not just in terms of on-time and on-budget delivery of exactly what we promised, but also on our ability to learn from experience.

We seek to use the know-how, experience and skills gained from each and every project to enhance the quality of our service.
