Professional treatment and completion of interviews

From the click on 'Apply for position' to your first months as a Systemate

At Systematic, we wish to apply the optimal framework to our recruitment process to the benefit of you as a candidate. Thereby, a professional treatment of your application and completion of interviews is ensured.

Our first meeting – the online recruitment system

The first part of the recruitment process is carried out on our website by means of our online recruitment system. The system ensures that all candidates go through a professional, uniform and confidential recruitment process, whether there are five or 500 applicants for a job.

Information and dialogue at the first interview

During the recruitment process, our Human Talent Management department and management work closely together. They select qualified candidates for the interviews, and as a candidate you'll usually meet one of Systematic’s skilful managers and a human resource consultant at the interview.

The first interview lasts one and a half hour, during which we describe Systematic and the specific position for which you applied. We also engage in dialogue with you concerning your competences and wishes. Through an informative and in-depth dialogue, both parties are provided with the necessary basis for determining whether the recruitment process should continue.

Personality analysis at the second interview

The recruitment process of managers and specialists in key positions includes a second interview. During this interview, we elaborate on the dialogue of the first interview combined with a personality analysis of you, based on Thomas International’s DISC analysis.

All candidates that have been interviewed are contacted by telephone when it is decided whether or not they are offered a position at Systematic.

The first day at your new job, you’ll be introduced to your colleagues and meet your tutor who’ll guide you through the world of Systematic and answer your questions. This will ensure you a smooth transition to become a Systemate.
