Sharing know-how
Sharing with others generates the best results
At Systematic, we encourage you to share your know-how and expertise, and to work with your colleagues to create new and ideas and procedures. Some of our best thoughts and brightest ideas come from interaction with other people.
Systematic knowledge networks are concrete examples of how you can strengthen and develop your skills and talents – both professional and personal – as well as networking effectively with others at Systematic.
These networks also enhance our ability to be forward-thinking. By participating in a network, you're able to influence your own future as well as that of Systematic.
Competence development through professional networking
We have created a number of knowledge networks to support the development of each individual employee’s skills and talents.
The networks provide good opportunities for professional sparring, reflection on professional challenges, getting new ideas and especially establishing relations with colleagues from other projects and with different skill sets.
Networks focused on many different topics
Each knowledge network is set up by the employees themselves, based on their specific ideas and current needs.
The networks cover a wide field of topics. In some, the focus is on enabling a specific group of professionals to exchange experience efficiently. Others are cross-disciplinary and focus on specific topics such as operability, technology and simplicity.
Participation is voluntary
Systematic provides the framework for the networks, and our employees flesh these out. Participation in Systematic knowledge networks is voluntary, but members are obliged to take an active part in any network they become involved with.
Network Facilitator assists the process
Systematic’s Network Facilitator makes sure our employees have the best possible framework for working within these knowledge networks, and also assists employees in all phases of the networks’ activities.
