We do well in rankings of popular work places
Independent studies have confirmed that Systematic is a desirable place to work.Version2’s regular study among IT professionals places Systematic as no. 10 among top places to work in Denmark. Among the competition, Systematic is by far the smallest with the least well-known general brand. This indicates that our brand as employer is very strong. This particularly goes for the parameter of professional competency, where we are placed as high as number 4.
The second study made by Universum is based on the opinions of university students. Here, Systematic is number 14 on a list of the 100 most attractive future work environments in Denmark.
Asked what he thinks is the reason for the high rankings, CEO Michael Holm says:
"We want to make something that makes a difference. Our culture is saturated with the will to make solutions that really solve problems for our customers and aid them in critical situations. That creates a great sense of meaning for our employees.
I'm really happy that this is reflected in the studies, and that we can compete with the big companies despite our small size.
We don't run a huge marketing machine, but we strive to be transparent and honest, so people know what we stand for. And when I look at the numbers, I can se that both IT professionals and students have a positive and accurate assessment of Systematic."
