A culture that brings us together while respecting the individual
Each month, company briefings are held to inform the Group about news from top management. This ranges from status reports on current orders to financial and internal matters – and any thing else that may be relevant. Every other month, top management holds open meetings at which employees can ask questions and raise any subject for open discussion.
Dialogue is also important in connection with the follow-up on our employee satisfaction survey. We hold workshops throughout the company to assess the results of these surveys and discuss which initiatives are needed to bring about improvements.
Open, constructive dialogue also has high priority within all our project teams – good communication is essential to effective project planning and implementation.
Freedom with responsibility
'Freedom with responsibility' is one of our six core values. We expect our employees to take responsibility and plan their own workday. We also encourage them to seek new challenges by means of job rotation, training as well as managerial and specialist tasks.
